This is a "Drizzler Jacket" from the 90s "OLD GAP," also known as the "Big Tag (Navy Tag)" model.
It features a classic silhouette with a collar and a short length, also known as a swing top.

The solid design looks great with skater and street styles, as shown in the third image. The calm navy color is also perfect for sophisticated casual outfits for adults, paired with slacks or chinos.
