Ms. Parmar most recently held the position of Director of Policy and Strategic Planning in the Regulatory Affairs Sector (RAS) of the Treasury Board Secretariat, bringing with her over 15 years of Health Canada experience, including a deep knowledge of the Food and Drug Act, Natural Health Product Regulations, and the Cannabis Act. Sonia will be responsible for continuing to shape our Association’s strategic vision on key priorities and policies that directly impact our members and the natural, organic and wellness industry.
